The IMET workshop was developed in 2014 by the NALC Restaurant Services team with the intent of helping to improve the accuracy of Restaurant level inventory. The workshop accomplishes this by providing the Restaurant Managers education on the tools available to manage their inventory processes.  In the past 2 years, 11,200 managers and staff have attended this class nationally.  When used as a supplement to RDM training, IMET will help managers understand Food Cost Components and Reports and inventory processes that will result in an increased trust in ROP.

New content has been added in 2015 and 2016 including Conversion Efficiency and Stock Recovery Module.
