In an ongoing effort to obtain feedback and improve distribution center service, the National Supply Leadership Council (NSLC) deployed a weekly survey for restaurant managers. The survey enables the managers to provide feedback on the delivery process, similar to the online McDVoice.com survey, giving McDonald’s customers an opportunity to provide feedback.
The survey can be accessed via a link appearing in the alerts section of Sync. The questions, developed by operators on the NSLC Logistics sub-team, may change over time depending on current events. Survey results are monitored by the distribution center and the NALC.
This short survey takes less than a minute to complete and is a great opportunity for restaurants to provide valuable feedback to the distribution centers.
